DESCRIPTION
This is a premade PCG system that will place the building on both sides of a spline with road in the center and foliage's like trees, bushes and grass all automatically for you on your scene
How to use it.
DISCLAIMER: - ITS BETTER YOU ALREADY KNOW THE BASICS OF PCG AND HOW TO USE IT.
- Go to plugins select all plugins search for PCG and activate all the PCG plugins. Restart the editor.
- Now extract the downloaded content folder open it and copy paste the PCG_3darchstuffs in the content folder of your own project.
- Open your project go to the folder named PCG_3darchstuffs and inside the PCG folder your PCG.
- Create the landscape or make sure a landscape system is present in your scene.
- Now drag and drop the PCG named PCG_Buildings_with_Trees_Grass_Bushes_Bothsides in your scene and scale it to your requirement.
- Now drag and drop the BP_FOR_PCG_BUILDINGS from the same folder in you scene and make sure its within the area of your pcg graph in the scene.
- Scale or modify the spline according to your need.
- Now open the PCG graph named as PCG_Buildings_with_Trees_Grass_Bushes_Bothsides by double clicking it in the folder its present or select it in the scene and press ctrl+e to open it.
- Now inside the PCG graph bp select the node named as get spline data and in the details panel on the left panel in the settings/actor selection tag select the tag present and copy it.(PCG_Buildings_Road_Bothsides) TAG name in this case.
- Now select the BP_FOR_PCG_BUILDINGS in the scene and in the details panel in search type tag and add a tag array element and in index 0 pate the tag name you copied.
- Now go to PCG bp and select the appropriate meshes for grass, trees, bushes, road and buildings.
